In her long career, Cheryl Clark has garnered the respect of entertainment professionals from coast to coast. Known as a "triple threat" (dancer / singer / actress) and top-notch choreographer, Cheryl appeared in three of the longest running hits on Broadway. Cheryl's early training began in her hometown of Kansas City , where she studied with Shirley Marley. In her teens she was awarded a scholarship with the Harkness House for Ballet Arts and subsequently, became a member of the Harkness Ballet Company of New York . Later, setting her sites on musical theater, Cheryl auditioned for Bob Fosse, who cast her in the original Broadway cast productions of both Pippin and Chicago . Her greatest achievement was landing the leading role in the Broadway production of A Chorus Line, where she received rave reviews for her portrayal of Cassie. Cheryl also appeared in the movie version of A Chorus Line. Cheryl currently lives in Los Angeles where she works as a choreographer and dance instructor.
